  • slowing metabolism (here can help to decrease carbohydrates, increased protein, increase power loads, drink water!),
  • little fiber (eat more vegetables)
  • Stress and lack of sleep,
  • KBZHU erroneous counting and lack of a caloric deficit (you think you are eating 1400 calories, but in fact everything in 1800!),
  • and perhaps the body needs a shake-up - day boot (allow yourself to delicious carbohydrates).

For each organism is characterized by its own reasons plateau and by process of elimination you will surely overcome it.

When I meet with the plateau, an assistant to overcome was the increase in proteins and exercise. And I noticed that the decrease in the volume of water you drink the body leads to the stage of its stock, which also affects the weight.
