I was leafing through their photos, to make a new collage for this article, and I got the idea to assemble a collage that shows my progression for slimming time. I certainly do not remember exactly when they were made all the photos, just about, and the more I do not remember the weight that I had in the days when photos were taken. But still).

From the very beginning of the path, when I weighed 132.2 kg in the month of May (since the time I have just a few photos. Who likes to be photographed when looks like I did? little ktoš¤·āļø).

For breakfast - one of my favorite dishes - scrambled eggs with cheese in pita bread - 380 kcal.

Chicken broth is cooked very quickly and in time for lunch welded fragrant chicken broth, which I ate.
For lunch - 400 g chicken broth with 50 g of boiled vermishelki durum wheat, 50 g of chicken meat loaf shank and amaranth (10 g) with pate tuna and avocado (65 g).
Lunch turned on 420 kcal.
And a light dinner - chicken cutlets with ratatouille, baked that yesterday and now it will suffice for several days. Just warm and enjoy the roasted vegetables and chicken cutlet, baked with vegetables.
Dinner - 350 grams of chicken-vegetable ratatouille (can I call it so?) With a teaspoon of household adzhika - 250 kcal.
As a result of the day came in 1275 kcal.
From drinks green tea and water, nothing in this plan does not change. only tea is also experimenting - add lemon balm, sea buckthorn.
Today the weather was great, despite the fact that the cool - able to walk a little. And of course - a lath and lath again every day for toned body. And after a day of exercise at home with gantelkami.
