I was leafing through their photos, to make a new collage for this article, and I got the idea to assemble a collage that shows my progression for slimming time. And a light dinner - chicken cutlets with ratatouille, baked that yesterday and now it will suffice for several days. Just warm and enjoy the roasted vegetables and chicken cutlet, baked with vegetables.

Dinner - 350 grams of chicken-vegetable ratatouille (can I call it so?) With a teaspoon of household adzhika - 250 kcal.

As a result of the day came in 1275 kcal.

From drinks green tea and water, nothing in this plan does not change. only tea is also experimenting - add lemon balm, sea buckthorn.
