After all, the basis of losing weight is a calorie deficit. It is on the calorie content of food that you need to pay attention to if you want to monitor your weight.
At the same time, you do not need to make another diet from counting calories. If you count calories and sit at 1000-1200 with a weight of 65-70 kg, then you simply put your body on another diet and nothing will change for you in the end.
We do not need a diet, we need to get used to a new lifestyle, reviewing our diet, realizing that a lot of foods that we eat - very high in calories and will learn not only to reduce the amount of fatty, high-calorie foods in the diet, but also to cook less high-calorie foods dishes.
A small deficit just gives us the opportunity, with minimal changes for us, to come to a diet, which we will be able to adhere to in the future. always, at the same time, indulging in sweets, without giving up festive tables, but controlling yourself and understanding what and how much the eaten bears the body food.
Controlling nutrition by counting calories gave me the main thing - getting rid of excess weight and the absence of a feeling of deprivation in food, favorite foods, which often borders on a breakdown.

Breakfast - my favorite Adyghe cheese fried with spices (120), an egg, 120 g of tomato. Fried cheese and egg with 3 g of olive oil.

Today I wanted to eat dried mango with tea for a snack, but something went wrong and I really wanted something meat by the time of the snack. She inspected the refrigerator and found a bored, lonely baked chicken drumstick. I added cucumbers to the lower leg and I got a snack for 165 kcal - this: 60 g of drumstick meat and 200 g of cucumber.
For lunch, yesterday's fish soup, cooked on the bellies, ridge and tail of Karelian trout. 450 g of soup, sandwich for 40 g of bread with fish pate (50 g) - 380 kcal.
I stewed Peking cabbage for dinner. It took a minimum of my time - I just put all the ingredients in a pan, mixed and left to simmer over medium heat, while she went to work on.
Stewed cabbage will be as a side dish for a turkey breast, which I recently cooked and still can't finish eating. The breast was marinated in soy sauce, mustard, spices and fried in a drop of oil.
180 g turkey breast and 250 g braised Chinese cabbage - 400 kcal.
All the same, I ate dried mango today with tea. It even fit perfectly into the diet, considering that I changed my snack on the go.
60 g dried mango in the evening with tea - 190 kcal.
The result of the day is 1545 kcal. B - 128, F - 64, U - 112.
How are you doing with water? Drinking your norm, don't you forget? Now it is colder and cold water is no longer drunk so well. I found a solution for myself - I drink warm water from a kettle.
