Since my channel is a channel about weight loss, where I share my experience of losing weight, maintaining weight, the menu on day and recipes for dishes with calculated KBZHU, then first of all I want to leave a short note about losing weight on a deficit calories:

How quickly time flies. That's just, as it seems to me, I returned from such a long-awaited vacation by me, bringing with me 4 extra pounds, which, however, quickly disappeared due to the well-established drinking regimen and a small calorie deficit, which I reported in the previous control weighing.

And now two weeks have passed and the time has come to carry out a joint control weighing with the readers.

Joint checkweighing is already our tradition: we support each other, rejoice at the results, and we can also scold the laggards.

But most importantly, in my opinion, the joint checkweighing is a huge motivation, first of all, for those who are just at the beginning. It is important to see the results of others in order to believe that you will succeed too!

My weight fluctuates within 69 kg, which is comfortable for me.

For breakfast I have a cottage cheese casserole with carrots and apples (240 g), which I poured over 20 g of natural date syrup - 415 kcal.

In the heading a reminder of recipes today for you is a curd-cheese roll in pita bread and a curd casserole with peach puree - the most delicate:

The second day I feel like sandwiches with caviar. Yesterday I thought that I would eat and interrupt my appetite for them. But it was not there. I work during the day, and I have tea and a sandwich in my head. Well, I think this will not work. I looked at the calorie counter, changed a few things, and added a caviar sandwich for a snack.

You can always replay the menu if necessary - this is a big plus of calorie counting - everything is possible!

40 g of bread, 15 g of butter and 40 g of pollock roe - 250 kcal.

For lunch, I warmed up stewed Peking cabbage (150 g) and 180 g of grilled turkey breast and did not forget about the homemade tkemali sauce (25 g). I like the sauce so much that I want it while I eat and eat, which is what I do.

Lunch turned out to be 395 kcal.

I bought sea bass today and the first thing I did was fry for dinner. I dipped the fish in durum wheat flour, added seasoning for the fish and it took 35 g of oil from me. Everything is calculated in the final KBZHU fish.

My dinner is 200 g of fried sea bass, 100 g of chuka salad and 40 g of bread, which I dried in a toaster.

Dinner for 530 kcal.

And in the evening, so as not to be tempted to chew anything harmful and high-calorie, I put a plate of cucumbers next to me and chewed them (200 g) - that's all 30 kcal.

The result of the day is 1615 kcal. B - 142, F - 61, U - 120.

I drink my water requirement due to the fact that I dilute it with boiling water and drink warm water.

And for a long time I did not remind you of the need for skin care when losing weight. especially if you are losing weight with a lot of weight.
