And today I want to offer you a recipe for a delicious chicken roll - juicy, tender and very tasty. This roll will help you cope with the problem of adding KBZhU, and your household will ask for more!

Ingredients I used for the roll:

  • 3 chicken breast fillets (840 g),
  • boiled-smoked bacon (160 g),
  • curd cheese - 130 g (can be replaced with suluguni cheese),
  • natural yogurt (40 g),
  • salt, black pepper, favorite spices (I have Greek herbs, marjoram, lemon pepper), dry garlic.

Cooking.

Cut the chicken fillet, opening it with a knife, so that a large thin layer is obtained from each fillet. We beat off each layer.

We lay out the cling film and lay out the bacon stripes on the film, cover the rectangle with bacon.

Put layers of chicken breast on the bacon.

Salt, pepper the breast, season it generously.

Mix curd cheese with yogurt and grease the breast.

If you are using suluguni cheese (or other cheese), brush the breast with yogurt and sprinkle with grated suluguni.

Using cling film, roll up the roll.

We spread it on a baking sheet and send it to the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Then I increased it to 250 degrees, turned on the convention, and held it for another 5 minutes to get fried bacon.
