Then add thereto sausages (frankfurters / sausage) and put tomato sauce or tomato paste. If you have the sauce, then add about one cup. If using tomato paste, then it should be 2-3 tablespoons, and a glass of water or broth.
We try to taste, add salt and pepper if necessary - take into account that the sausage is already salted and spiced.
Simmer all together under the cover of 7-10 minutes, then turn off. Serve Sausages goulash for pasta, potatoes, rice, buckwheat and any other garnish. Sprinkle with herbs. Bon appetit, my friends!
