Good day!
My channel is my experience of losing weight on a calorie deficit, a menu for the day and, of course, recipes with calculated KBZhU.
For reference on how to lose weight by counting calories:
In one of my menus, regular readers have already seen wonderful, juicy, delicious turkey cutlets and are waiting for the recipe.
I share! You will find the amount of ingredients, the video recipe and, of course, CBJ at the end of the article.
Cooking.
The first step is to prepare the minced meat. I used 750g turkey thigh and 580g turkey breast.
Turn the turkey meat through a meat grinder along with 220 g of onions.
Add 2 eggs to the minced meat, a jar of Greek yogurt (or any other natural non-drinking yogurt), a tablespoon of fiber (or bran), 2 eggs and spices: salt, pepper, garlic, suneli hops.
Mix well and let stand for a while (10-15 minutes).
We form cutlets (if the minced meat sticks to our hands, we moisten our hands slightly with water).
To prevent the cutlets from falling apart, beat the minced meat portion on the palm of your hand before forming the cutlet itself.
Cutlets can be baked in the oven, then the calorie content and fats will slightly decrease. If you bake - sprinkle with paprika on top - learn an appetizing appearance.
I fried it in a little coconut oil.
I have no scent of coconut oil. I chose it for frying cutlets because:
- high smoke point - 204 g,
- does not burn out and does not give an unpleasant taste,
- is economical and requires a minimum amount of oil for frying.
I got a whole pan of juicy, tasty cutlets!
