Preparation:
We will need 500 grams of minced meat of any. I usually pork + beef.
Approximately the same number (500 g) need to zucchini. Rub them on a grater, removing large seeds. Grated zucchini little squeeze to remove excess liquid and add to ground beef.
Salt to taste, add pepper, a couple of cloves of crushed garlic. Garlic and zucchini - it is a very good combination, so we do not neglect this ingredient. You can even put a bit of chopped greens.
Next, put the stuffing in one finely chopped onion, to drive one egg.
If the stuffing has turned "liquid", add a little flour or semolina. From the resulting minced form the patties and lay out on a baking sheet or in a baking dish.
