Shanezhki or shangi bake my grandmother, and before that her grandmother and always has been. Pies-shanezhki very similar to cheesecake, but it is much better fed and comfortable.

Ingredients for the dough:

150ml milk
100 ml water
30 oz. Sahara
30 oz. butter
salt

1 kg potato

Preparation:
1. Potatoes Wash and clean. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.
2. Heat the 1/3 cup of water (~ 100 mL). Pour the yeast into it a pinch of sugar. Mix and leave in a warm place for 10 minutes.
3. In 150 ml of warm milk add remaining sugar, salt, and 30 c. butter. Interfere mixture until the oil has completely melted.

6. Drain the water from the finished potato, add 300 ml of hot milk and 100 c. butter.
7. Mash potato puree. It is possible through a sieve or mince. Dosolit to taste.

9. Divide the dough into balls.
10. Roll out each ball into a pancake. The thickness of the cake should be about 1 cm.
11. Put the cake on the laid parchment baking sheet and leave for 30 minutes.
