Pizza with chicken and mushrooms is a favorite delicacy of all adults and children. None of my relatives can deny themselves a piece. Today we will make this pizza at home, and you will see that it is not so difficult.

Mushrooms can be taken fresh, or pickled or in their own juice. Take your favorite tomato sauce, if you accidentally find a bunch of arugula in the fridge - great, it will add spice to the finished dish, and a few olives in pizza will never hurt. But, to be honest, it will turn out very tasty even without them.

Ingredients:

Flour - 350 g

Dry yeast - 1 tsp

Sugar - 1 tsp

Salt - a pinch

Olive oil - 2 tablespoons

Warm water - 1 glass

Chicken fillet - 200 g

Smoked meat - 100 g

Large tomato - 1 pc.

White onion - 50 g

Champignons - 5 pcs.

Mozzarella - 200 g

Tomato sauce - 100 g

Olives, arugula - if available

Preparation:

1. Prepare all the necessary foods from the list. Wash vegetables and chicken fillets under running water, pat dry with paper towels.

2. Warm the water slightly, it will start the yeast activation process. Sift flour into a deep bowl, add olive oil, salt and sugar to feed the yeast. Add water gradually. Depending on the type and manufacturer of flour, you may take a little more or less of it. Start kneading the dough, I do this first with a spoon or fork. Most dry instant yeast can be added directly to flour, but read the packaging anyway.

3. Then knead the dough with your hands, it should become soft, not sticking to your hands. Cover the bowl with cling film, send it to a warm place for at least 30 minutes.

4. The yeast is activated and the dough will increase in size. To make this happen faster, you can preheat the oven to 30-40 degrees and put the bowl in it.

5. When the dough has come up and doubled, it needs to be thoroughly kneaded with your hands and only then you can start making pizza.

6. From this amount of dough, you get two pizzas on a thin crust with a diameter of 25 cm. Roll out the layer, sprinkle the form with flour, put the workpiece in it. Brush with your favorite tomato sauce, sprinkle with grated mozzarella, arrange white salad onions in rings.

7. Cut the chicken fillet into thin slices, the smoked meat into small cubes, put everything on top of the onion.

8. Then we cut the tomato without seeds so that there is no excess water, and fresh or pickled mushrooms - into thin slices. We spread them on top of the meat layer. We send it to an oven preheated to 220 degrees in the upper and lower heating mode for 15-17 minutes. I put it on the bottom of the oven, so the cake will brown from the bottom and the filling will remain juicy, but focus on your own.

9. Sprinkle the finished pizza with fresh arugula, green or red basil leaves, add olives, if any. Cut into portions and serve immediately.
