To increase the production of gastric juice, we periodically make ourselves such a healthy sour gruel (we use it about 20 minutes before a meal).
Apples contain pectins, which have a beneficial effect on our digestion (in a recent video, Dr. A. Shishonin especially noted apples as a natural product that improves the quality of bile).
Ingredients:
1. Sour apple - 1-2 pieces
2. Sorrel - a bunch (you can use other sour or mild neutral tasting greens)
3. Date - 5 pieces
4. Water - 1 glass
Preparation
We wash the apples, dates and sorrel, remove all unnecessary, cut into smaller pieces, place in a blender container. Then add warm water. Beat for about a minute until smooth.
We shift the resulting beautiful green mixture into a cup, decorate with a chopped apple and bon appetit, dear friends!
It turns out a pleasantly sour apple gruel for which our stomach says "Thank you" to us (but not suitable for everyone).
