Hello, dear readers of the "Cooking with Natalia Kalnina" channel! I greet my regular guests, as well as all those who came to see me for the first time!

Today I want to share with you a recipe for the Caprice liver salad. Recently I was at the anniversary and there was such a salad on the festive table. Of course, I immediately recognized the recipe and now this is one of the most delicious liver salads that I can cook. The main secret of this salad is to prepare the liver for the salad.

Recipe:

Chicken liver -500g

Carrots -1pc (200gr)

Onions -3pcs (100gr)

Fresh cucumber -1pc (200gr)

Eggs - 3 pieces

Green peas -1can

For mayonnaise:

Milk -50ml.

Vegetable oil -100ml.

Salt -1 / 2 tsp.

Lemon juice -1 tbsp. "

French mustard -1 tsp

Dry garlic - 1/3 tsp.

COOKING METHOD

Let's start with the liver. We take 500 grams of my chicken liver and cut into cubes. Now pour 50 ml of soy sauce and leave for 15 minutes.

Cut the onion into cubes. Grate carrots on a coarse grater.

Take a frying pan and pour in some vegetable oil. Put the liver in the pan along with the soy sauce. Fry for 5-7 minutes, 2 minutes before the end of cooking, add 3 garlic cloves passed through a press. Remove the liver and let it cool. Now fry the onion in a frying pan in a little vegetable oil. Remove the onion and fry the carrots.

Cut the fresh cucumber into cubes. Cut 3 boiled eggs into cubes.

We collect the salad. Put liver, carrots, onions, cucumbers, eggs in a bowl. We fill with mayonnaise. I prepare mayonnaise myself. Pour 50 ml of milk at room temperature, 100 ml of vegetable oil into a jar. Beat until thick.

Add half a tsp. salt, dry garlic, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 tsp. French mustard. We punch again with a blender, the mayonnaise is ready.

Add peas to the salad, after draining the liquid. We mix. Salad ready. Put in a salad bowl, sprinkle with green peas and herbs.
