✅ 👌 You don't even have to take out a saucepan to make hearty, delicious pasta with meat.
✨ The dish is cooked in one pan.
✨ The pasta does not stick together with this cooking method.
✨They are impregnated with the aromas of meat and fried vegetables. Very appetizing! 🥰
📕 To prepare the dish you will need: 🥙
Pork without bones - 600 g
Pasta (any) - 300-350 g
Carrots - 1 pc. medium size
Bow - 1 medium head;
Garlic - 3-5 teeth
Tomato sauce or pasta - 1-2 tbsp l.
Odorless vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.
Salt, black pepper and other spices - to taste
👨🏻🍳 Let's start cooking... ⤵️⤵️⤵️
Pork tenderloin is best suited for this dish - it is very tender and without hard veins. You can also take another type of meat - beef, chicken (breast or leg fillet), turkey. We clean the meat from the films, wash it, dry it and cut it into small cubes. We heat the oil in a frying pan and send the pork to fry. Cook over medium heat, stirring the pieces of meat from time to time until they are covered with an even, light crust.
In the meantime, we clean and cut vegetables. Onions - cubed, and carrots - in strips. You can also grate carrots on a coarse grater.
Pour chopped vegetables to browned pork.
Stir and cook everything together until the carrots are soft. Add salt, pepper and some of your favorite spices. I had dry green adjika - a little spicy and aromatic.
Now it's the turn of the tomato sauce. I took Georgian, with herbs. If no sauce is available, use regular tomato paste. But in this case, you may need to add a small pinch of sugar - it happens that the pasta is sour.
Next, pour out the pasta, distribute them in an even layer. The shape of the products does not matter - you can take any, with the exception, probably, of a thin cobweb. We also add peeled but not chopped garlic cloves.
Now pour boiling water. You will need enough of it to completely cover the contents of the pan. We close the pan with a lid and send it to low heat. We wait until all the liquid has evaporated. This usually takes 10-15 minutes.
That's all, the dishes are ready. If desired, it can be supplemented with finely chopped fresh herbs.
This time I didn't have any greens, but there were some canned peas left after making the salad. And, you know, here he was completely superfluous. We serve pasta immediately. They will not stick together even after cooling, but they will still taste better while warm.
