Delicious sour cream was sold in our school cafeteria. I also loved the Winter cake. These are the same cakes (only larger), and as a cream, condensed milk with butter. Mom found and saved the recipe for these delicious biscuits. Sometimes I cook them even now.
HOW TO COOK:
First, I prepare the fondant. I mix sour cream with sugar. No need to whip. Just stirring. Cover with foil and put in the refrigerator.
Ingredients for the fondant:
• Sour cream - 2/3 cup
• Sugar - 1.5 cups
Now the dough. I take about 600 g of flour and mix it with softened butter. You should get a crumb of sand. Then I add the rest of the ingredients. And I begin to knead the dough.
Ingredients for the dough:
• Sour cream - 250 ml
• Kefir - 250 ml
• Butter - 100 g
• Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.
• Sugar - 1 glass
• Soda - 2 tsp.
• Flour - 1 kg (approximately) Please note that I do not add all the flour at once!
Gradually add flour and knead soft dough. You do not need to hammer the dough with flour. I cover the finished dough with a towel and leave for 15-20 minutes.
Then I roll it out about a centimeter thick and cut out circles of the desired diameter. You can use a regular glass or a deep plate for this.
I spread the future sour cream on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Or you can simply bake it on a baking sheet, greasing it a little with butter.
I bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. They should brown like this:
I grind several ready-made biscuits to get such a crumb:
I take the fondant out of the refrigerator and dip each biscuit first in the fondant, then in the crumb.
And that's it! From the specified amount of ingredients, approximately 25 sour cream pots with a diameter of 10-11 cm are obtained. It takes about 4-5 for my crumb. And it turns out 20 pieces. Try it. This is delicious.
