Today I want to share with you a recipe for a delicious cake for tea with two fillings at once!

📕To make a cake you will need: 🥙

Dough:
Butter - 100 g
Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
Wheat flour - 250 g
Baking powder - 0.5 tsp l.
Salt - a pinch
Sugar - 100 g
Curd filling:
Cottage cheese - 400 g
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Sugar - 90 g
Vanillin - 1 g
Sour cream - 100 g
Sour cream (any fat content) - 100 g
Cornstarch - 1 tbsp l.
Apple filling:
Apples - 3-5 pcs. (depending on size)
Sugar - 50 g
Ground cinnamon (optional) - 0.5 tsp l.

First of all, you need to prepare the dough, because it should cool down well before baking the cake. So, take out the butter from the refrigerator in advance, cut it into small pieces and let it soften at room temperature. Then we transfer it to a bowl, add eggs, sugar, salt.

Rub everything with a fork or spoon until an almost homogeneous, oily mass.

Then pour all the flour at once (sift beforehand) and baking powder.

Gradually knead a soft, pliable and almost non-sticky dough. We put it in a food bag and put it in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.

And now, we begin to prepare one of the fillings - First, let's prepare the apple filling, because she will need time to cool down. If the apples are large, 3 will be enough, if small - we take at least 5 pieces. Peel, cut out the core and three on a coarse grater. If the apples darken, it's okay, it won't affect the taste of the cake. We spread the future apple filling in a dry frying pan, add sugar. You can add some ground cinnamon if you like.

We send the apples over medium heat and, stirring with a spatula, wait for all the liquid to evaporate. In this case, the sugar should all disperse. Remove the filling from the stove and let it cool completely.

In the meantime, we are preparing a curd layer. In one bowl, mix cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, sour cream and vanillin. Punch with an immersion blender until smooth.

Then add the starch and blender again.

The curd mass will turn out to be watery, but after baking it will stabilize.

When everything is ready, remove the dough from the refrigerator and distribute it in an even layer over a heat-resistant form. We make the sides so that the entire filling fits. This time I had a silicone mold, but, as experience shows, it is easier to remove the finished baked goods from the split. Put the apple layer on top of the dough.

And we fill everything with curd filling. We put the pie in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 40-45 minutes.

Take the finished cake out of the oven, cool it a little directly in the form, carefully remove it. We cut only after almost complete cooling, tk. when hot, the curd layer can spread. The pie turns out to be fragrant, tender, the dough crumbles right on the lips.
