I have to say that at first I was not going to describe my Saturday menu because it was chaotic as the day basically.
And besides, we were at a party, and of course a little rested, relaxed. I ate not a lot, but not particularly thought about KBZHU eaten and tasted with the parents of the second form of tinctures husband that my husband and I as an experiment done.
By the way it is not even bad, and I came to the conclusion that I do now tincture instead of buying for the holidays wine. Let there, and sugar, but I do know that she insisted on good products, collected my hands, not diluted powder.
And so I think, I will not tell you how I was resting, loaded with calories and relaxed.
But I decided on Sunday morning to get up on the scales and to assess how much is reflected in tears on Saturday as it chitmil on my weight.
And lo!
Only here on Friday morning showed checkweighing - 80.7 kg. A Sunday unscheduled weighing pleased me figure 80,1!
Well, I can not help but share with you this news! I have the same burst of joyful emotions left behind a 🤣 minus 52 kg in total, I have left behind!
Well, now I'll tell approximate diet before such a plummet.
Early morning began with a breakfast that's this:
For breakfast bread with cheese curd (10 grams) and fish pate (30 g) and curd casserole with apple and cinnamon (170 g).
Green tea is a constant companion but breakfast and all meals.
And before meals, I drink a glass of boiled water.
Breakfast is turned by 340 kcal. And then I did not consider calories.
After breakfast, as planned, we went to Moscow on business.
While her husband was engaged in their own affairs - I'm pleased with myself buying new autumn jackets and for one and a blouse bought. While I am in the process of slimming clothes currently buy at a minimum - the essentials, without which it is not do, because after a few months things are great and make sense to spend money on the wind I see.
And now it's time to buy a coat - will soon be very cold, and all my old jacket hanging on me huge loose overalls.
The store learned that now my clothing size 48-50 depending on the manufacturer (currently sewn haphazardly - a horror -That 😒).
After finishing his business - we arrived on a visit to her husband's parents. There and had dinner and hoped that I would stay the night.
For lunch cooked chicken breast with cream sauce, boil the potatoes and vegetables plus a lot. Well nalivochka on trial, where without a visit something?)
So the conversations stayed until evening. Pili of dried green tea mango (ate somewhere gram 50).
And this time, ate a lot of cheese (think 60-70 grams!) - went through exactly fat, but the cheese was well under nalivochku and then under the green tea.
Night (I will say this - for family reasons), I had to take a taxi and go back to her in Moscow.
Dinner as such I did not. Not until he had, and ate tea and cheese and even ate a few slices of bacon and a sandwich with butter and fish.
If the estimate of the calories - that deficit I certainly was not even possible for the calories were more the norm. But there was a plumb line in the morning). Conclusion - loading days - useful!
