Salad with squid and chicken breast "Concubine". Simple and tasty

I often prepare this salad for a festive table and just for dinner - it is always eaten very quickly. Do not have time to put on the table - everyone has already dared. The salad recipe is very simple, there are few ingredients, the most difficult thing is to tinker with squid.

Preparation:

For the "Concubine" salad, we need 400 grams of chicken breast. Cook the meat until tender in salted water, and then disassemble it into fibers. You can do it a little differently: rub the breast with salt and pepper and bake in the oven in the sleeve.

While the chicken is preparing, we will deal with squid (you need 300 g). We clean them, put them in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then take them out immediately. Cut the squids into rings or strips.

Cut 100 grams of cheese into strips or rub on a coarse grater.

Combine chicken fillet, squid and cheese in a salad bowl. Add salt and black pepper to taste, you can put a chopped clove of garlic and some herbs.

We use mayonnaise as a dressing, stir and serve. If you are preparing a salad for a holiday, then you can decorate it with sprigs of herbs and slices of cheese (for example, as in the photo).
