I will tell you how I cook baked cutlets with cheese, which are included in the diet for weight loss. My result is minus 60 kg in 2 years.

Here is the territory of those who want to lose weight tasty and satisfying, without breakdowns and weight gain.

Usually I try to cook low-calorie meals, adapting my favorite recipes, under about PP.

But they often write to me that they cannot get their daily calorie content, because the more weight the person loses, the more the calorie content of his diet for weight loss and, of course, gain 1600-1700 kcal per day with very low-calorie food difficult. You need to eat a lot of it.

But there is a way out!

And today I want to give an example of how you can cook delicious baked cutlets that you can eat at 1300-1400, and at the same time, they will help to get the right calorie content for those who have it higher 1400.

✅ For cooking cutlets, I needed the following products:

  • chicken breast fillet - about 300 g,
  • turkey thigh fillet - about 400 g,
  • onions - 80 g,
  • cheese - 90g, it is better to use semi-hard cheese with a fat content of less than 45% or suluguni,
  • 1 chicken egg
  • salt and black pepper,
  • dry garlic and paprika - generously.

✅Cooking.

First of all, we prepare minced meat for cutlets.

Often, I crank up a lot of minced meat - cook something and put it in the freezer to use when the mince is needed.
In this case, I count the KBZHU minced meat per 100 g in the 30 sieve calorie counter, creating a minced meat recipe. And then, having taken out the required amount of minced meat from the freezer, we are already using when calculating a new dish, which I have KBZhU minced meat for 100 g.

So this time I rolled the minced meat, and I took only 700 g of minced meat for the cutlets, so the ingredients indicate the weight of the meat.

Turning the meat, I turned the bow at the same time.

Minced meat is ready, onions have been added to it.

Three cheese on a coarse grater.

Combine the cheese with minced meat, add 1 chicken egg, salt, pepper and add generously of dry garlic.

We sculpt the cutlets and put them on a baking sheet. The baking sheet was covered with a silicone mat.

Sprinkle generously with paprika on top of the cutlets and spread the paprika over the cutlet with a brush so that the paprika is evenly distributed - we get mouth-watering and beautiful baked cutlets.

We put it in an oven preheated to 190-200 degrees for 25 minutes.

The cutlets are ready!

KBZHU per 100 g: K - 208, B - 24.2, F - 11.6, U - 1.9
I made one cutlet for about 85 g.
