Good day and delicious weight loss!

Once again I want to congratulate everyone with plumb lines on control weighing. We are great!

And on Saturday I have not just a cheat nice, but a day of loading!

My husband started his vacation and we remembered that for about 4 months we hadn't barely had sushi - rolls. And where there are rolls, there is also a semi-sweet red ๐Ÿ˜‰.

But before I tell you how I spent my download day, I want to once again dwell on what downloading and cheat meals are, because questions are constantly asked about this topic.

Many people believe that it is necessary to do unloading days - just eat apples all day or drink kefir.

Perhaps - this is effective if you are not dieting, counting calories and not losing weight on a calorie deficit. That is, when you eat as usual and unload once a week so as not to gain excess weight.

But when we lose weight for a long time on a calorie deficit (we consume less than we spend energy) - we just need to cheat mil or loading day, because the body already does not receive everything it needs, it is under stress, from which it needs from time to time relax.

Cheat Meal is one meal in which you can eat a dish that you usually do not allow yourself (for example, cake, or juicy fatty pork steak, or a serving of fried potatoes, or a hamburger - whole options heap).

And the day of loading is the day when we do not count calories, we eat whatever our heart desires. Naturally, within reason! โ›”

Such rest from deficiency is simply necessary for the body. The body understands that it is not starved and sometimes there is a feast for the stomach. The body does not get used to a calorie deficit and still gives up its reserves.

In addition, the cheat is nice and the download is very helpful not psychologically to break down. We can say that we control our breakdowns and allow ourselves to relax so that we can re-enter the fight with excess weight the next day.

Breakfast today is quite ordinary - scrambled eggs from two eggs, bread (20 g) and processed cheese (30 g).

Breakfast for 325 kcal.

Out of habit, I weighed the food and recorded it in the calorie counter. Everything happens automatically, I don't even notice how I'm doing it.

After breakfast, having a little rest, we gathered for a walk in the park - Terletskaya Dubrava. It is not that far from us, but we were there only once, that summer.

The weather forecast promised a thunderstorm in the afternoon and we decided to go for a walk early so as not to get caught in the downpour. As a result, there was no rain๐Ÿคฃ. So trust the weather forecast.

After the walk - we stopped for rolls and went home - to arrange a belly party for ourselves!

I didn't count any more calories that day.

I ate enough sushi, drank semisweet (I hate dry, although it's better to choose dry).

I didn't dine that day, because in the evening there were 1 brownie cookies with tea and dried mango.

It seems to be not a lot of food, but I understand that all this food and drink brought me a lot of calories.

But I relaxed, pampered myself with my favorite sushi and red, and tomorrow again on a calorie deficit!
