Good day and delicious weight loss!
I donβt want to talk today about how good calorie counting is for weight loss. That you need to establish a dietary regime, and not eat somehow and when you have to, reconsider nutrition, giving up very high-calorie and most harmful dishes. I will not talk about what you can eat tasty, satisfying and lose weight.

Menu for the day.
Breakfast - oatmeal with curd cheese and cold smoked pink salmon - 370 kcal.
For the preparation of oatmeal, this time I used 1 egg, 25 g of dry oatmeal, which I ground into flour, 30 g of kefir and a pinch of soda. She mixed everything and baked in a non-stick pan for a few minutes on each side.
Then I smeared half of the oatmeal with curd cheese (25 g), laid out the fish (65 g), garnished with arugula and covered with the other half of the oatmeal.
Delicious!
Getting up early is good, after breakfast, you have time to redo a lot of things, work and make sketches for the future.
Two years ago, I would never have thought that I would miss cottage cheese in my diet. I didnβt like cottage cheese at all and didnβt eat practically. And now - for several days I did not have anything curd on the menu and I really want to.
Despite the rain (will it ever end and the hot summer will come ???) I got dressed and ran to the store for fresh cottage cheese.
At home I had pears and are already very soft. And I decided to make a curd-pear cream for a snack (the link to the recipe is in the reminder).
Since my pear was soft, I didn't cook it, I just grated it on a fine grater in mashed potatoes. Beat the cottage cheese as per the recipe and add pear puree to it. I laid it out in a bowl, sprinkling cocoa in layers.
Used 120 g of cottage cheese, 150 g of pear and 5 g of cocoa.
Snack on 230 kcal.
I didn't want to cook anything for lunch, and I decided to leave the fish I cooked yesterday for dinner.
I collected lunch from what was. And I had a leg of chicken, which I baked on the weekend, vegetables and a fragrant whole grain bread arrived in time.
I warmed a leg (100 g of meat), cut a salad (200 g of vegetables: tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, garlic). Seasoned salad with 10% sour cream (30 g). And she cut off a crispy top of homemade bread (40 g).
It turned out lunch for 365 kcal.
Today for evening tea for the family I baked curd donuts.
Donuts are delicious, especially when they are still warm, just baked.
Before, I often cooked such donuts, and then for some reason I forgot about them and forgot the recipe. But recently I decided to try to cook, restore the recipe and I did it!

I also planned to eat fish for dinner.
But it was not there, it carried me with the cottage cheese. Yesterday I received a message and offered to try to cook lazy dumplings with cherries. I must say, I have long wanted to cook them, but still nothing. First one in my head, then another - you still need to find time to cook, try, and tell you. In general, I had no time for dumplings.
But apparently today the stars converged and I have a curd dayπ
While preparing donuts, dumplings ate 90 g of chicken breast baked with a drop of pomegranate sauce - 130 kcal. I ate it because I was lying alone, useless to anyone and constantly came across my eyes, and for some reason I wanted to have a snack.
And for dinner - dumplings with cherries are ready!
220 g of dumplings with cherries, which I poured with sauce from the same cherries.
Dinner 370 kcal.
As a result, 1465 kcal per day.
