Ingredients:
- egg - 1 pc.
- boiled buckwheat - 30 g
- tomato - 1/2 pc.
- cheese - 20 g
- parsley
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper - to taste
Step by step recipe
1. 20 g of cheese three on a coarse grater.
2. Put 30 g of boiled buckwheat in a bowl, break 1 egg and add grated cheese. Salt and pepper a little with black pepper. Mix everything with a fork until smooth.
3. Put the prepared mixture on a preheated frying pan slightly greased with vegetable oil. Spread it evenly over the pan. Reduce heat to minimum, cover the pan with a lid and cook for about 3-5 minutes.
4. While the pancake is being prepared, cut half the tomato into slices.
Grind a small bunch of parsley.
5. When the pancake is cooked, put a chopped tomato on one side of it and sprinkle with parsley. Cover with the second half of the pancake. Breakfast is ready.
