All that remains is to get the sauerkraut out of the refrigerator, pour oil over it and serve it with delicious potatoes. Fast and very, very tasty. If you have not tried to cook potatoes like this, I recommend it. No oven or stove needed!
You don't even need to peel potatoes. Wash well enough. I use a clean dishwashing sponge. A few seconds - and the skin is clean!
Pour a tablespoon (without a slide) of salt and a tablespoon (with a slide) of flour into a deep plate, mix. You can take a bag instead of a plate - it's even easier.
You will also need any plastic, ceramic or glass container (you can take a regular plate). I am using a glass pan.
I prick the potatoes with a fork (once is enough). Dip each potato in flour and salt and put it in a saucepan. It is desirable that the skin is moist. Then the flour and salt will completely cover the potatoes and they will bake faster and better.
I put the pot with potatoes in the microwave for 8 minutes. You don't need to cover. I set the maximum power. I have 800 watts. If the maximum power of your microwave is 600 W, cook for 9-10 minutes.
And that's it! The supper is ready! If someone is not full, I immediately cook potatoes again)) Fast and tasty!

To the taste, such potatoes are somewhat reminiscent of potatoes baked in the ashes of a fire. We eat with the skin.
If you don't like microwave cooking, you can bake these potatoes in the oven. Time, of course, will take a little more - 35-40 minutes. But it will be even tastier!
