And on weekdays we will use delivery - not from restaurants, but from services that are ready to bring tasty, healthy, almost homemade.

I confess, they are sinful - and have used the services of such companies a couple of times before. True, they still returned "to their own home."

Firstly, because such delivery is not cheap at all (rather, even expensive), and secondly... Well, I, my wife and children love variety.

But during periods of force majeure, when you leave home in the morning, and crawl in the evening, and on your last legs, why not make life a little easier?

Yes. They did... They did so that there are simply no words.

I rarely allow myself to get angry. But this time, to be honest, I'm not just angry, but very angry.

According to reviews, we chose delivery from the Grow Food company, and I immediately warn you: I do not recommend it to anyone at all.

We made an order for a family of two adults and a child, and only the first delivery went well. Leapfrog began with the second.

The first sign of the fact that not everything is so smooth, was the message - delivery at the selected evening time is delayed. We did not make any claims to this - all delivery companies have problems, we ourselves work with couriers, we know and understand.

But at ten in the evening the call came from the courier. And then we found out that he did not know at all whether they would give him an order, whether he would come or not, and in general they had a technical failure, so sorry, moa, we wash our hands.

Then it hit me for the first time. When ordering food delivery, you expect that for your money (a lot, moreover), you make your life easier and get satisfied and well-fed household members. And you don't insure yourself by stuffing the refrigerator, but go about your business.

Okay, gritted his teeth, agreed on delivery in the morning.

In the morning they brought us... And what the devils brought. Three pieces of chocolate desserts, which we did not order at all, were brought. The meat dishes were replaced with strange and ridiculous salads. the food ordered for the child was not brought at all.

They have a failure, because customers should be glad that they pushed the first thing that came to hand and delivered it. It will do! Normul! Eat, dear customers, do not choke. Tip top for phenomenal service.

After talking with support about "what the hell is this," the company offered compensation, promising that this will not happen again. Well, ok, we thought. It happens. Let's try one more time.

Two days later, they brought us... one order instead of two, but the dishes for the child were again forgotten. The customer support of the company told us on a white eye - well, we have a failure, why don't you monitor our application, we notified everyone through it.

That is, instead of normally notifying the false clients, the company sent notifications to the application, which is offered to be monitored constantly. Moreover, when I opened it, I saw - the notification was sent two hours before the delivery date. In two hours. Time, I remind you, is evening.

that is, in fact, dear customers, you urgently tense up there and drive to the store, you have to cook yourself again for two days, even though you did not expect. I would swear, but the platform prohibits ...

Grow Food once again offered some kind of compensation, but it looked (at least in our eyes) like this:

We refused.

Although it was necessary to refuse earlier, because the gramme of portions there, it seems, is indicated from the bulldozer, in one portion of a meat dish there can be five pieces of meat, in another, from the same order - two ...

But I don't go there scolding. First of all, I'm talking about the outrageous poor performance of the service itself. Yes, now he began to repent in his social networks - after a flurry of indignation fell upon him. But before that he was filled with a nightingale, trying to tell about how convenient, easy and profitable it is to deal with them. And now there are little pens - they say, we wanted the best, but now, it did not work... Like, we need to be understood and forgiven, we are good.

So, dear friends! If you haven't contacted Grow Food yet, don't. Deals with them are not worth it, from the word in general. Personally, we made a conclusion for ourselves that we are bringing it to you as well.

Believe me, now there are a lot of services with normal food and well-oiled work. And companies with such an attitude towards the client should disappear from the market, IMHO.
