Pie with chicken, potatoes and mushrooms in puff pastry

A very quick and easy baking option. It can replace a whole dinner, because it is hearty and tasty.

Ingredients:

1 pack of puff pastry
3 potatoes
0.5 kg chicken fillet or 1 breast
onion
vegetable oil
2 tbsp. l. butter
salt
ground black pepper
egg

How to cook:


1. Fry the onion cut into half rings over medium heat and vegetable oil until transparent.

2. Wash, dry and cut the chicken fillet. Add to the pan to the onion. Or replace it with minced meat, then you do not need to fry it, but immediately put it in a pie.

3. Wash and chop the mushrooms. Put in a frying pan 5 minutes after fillet. Continue to fry over medium heat, stirring occasionally. You can also take any mushrooms (boiled forest, pickled).

4. Peeled potatoes, cut into thin slices, slices or grate. You do not need to fry boiled potatoes.

5. Fry the raw potatoes with the rest of the ingredients for another 7 minutes. Season with salt, pepper or other spices to taste.

And also greens, lettuce, beet tops, etc.

6. Defrost the dough, unfold and roll out a little on a floured table.

7. Preheat the oven. Cover a deep baking sheet with baking paper and brush with butter.

8. Cut the dough into two parts. Place one in a mold and lightly prick with a fork.

9. Spread the warm filling on the dough and smooth. You can pour in a couple of tablespoons of warm water for juiciness.

10. Cover the dough piece with the second part of the dough, pinch the edges well, make a hole on top for steam to escape.

11. Beat the egg with melted butter. Grease the surface of the cake with the mixture.

12. Bake the pie at 190-200 degrees for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
