Today I invite you to cook a real male dish that will satisfy the hunger of even the biggest food lover. There will be a win-win combination - meat with mushrooms. This version of the dish will appeal to everyone, of course, therefore it is also suitable for a festive table, especially if it is served in a separate beautiful large dish.

I advise you to give preference to pork. Choose meat with small layers of fat, so the result will be juicier and more tender.

Ingredients:

Pork - 250 g

Champignons - 250 g

Bulb onions - 1 pc.

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Salt, pepper - to taste

Water - 60 ml

Description:

1. Prepare all the required ingredients according to the list. Choose fresh meat, not frozen. Choose a medium-sized champignon, but take a larger onion.

2. Rinse the meat, dry it. Cut into large pieces, chop with slicing is not worth it, since pork should be clearly felt in the finished dish to taste.

3. Peel the onion, rinse. You can cut it into half rings or quarter rings. Part of this root vegetable can be chopped in a kitchen blender bowl and added during cooking - so the result will be juicier, but the onion taste will also be quite bright.

4. Wash and peel the mushrooms, if desired, cut in half.

5. Heat a spoonful of oil in a frying pan and transfer all three cuts - mushrooms, meat and onions. Fry the ingredients over low heat for 20 minutes, then add a little water and simmer for 10 minutes. At the end of cooking, add spices to taste.

6. It is most delicious to serve meat with mushrooms to mashed potatoes, but it will be no worse combined with various types of cereals - couscous, bulgur, rice, buckwheat. Also, don't forget about fresh vegetables or homemade pickles.
