Hello friends! Today I want to show you a simple way to prepare natural applesauce for the winter without any additives, only apples. This method has already been tested by me personally. My followers asked me to show this recipe. I make applesauce differently, sometimes I just freeze it. Who is not suitable for freezing, you can roll the applesauce into jars and store as much as you like.

APPLE PUREE PREPARATION
I'll cook in a copper basin. Our grandmothers considered copper utensils to be a sign of well-being, and I also like them very much.
I will cook applesauce from Antonovka, although this method is suitable for any kind of apple.
Apples need to be washed well, peeled from the seed nest and chopped.
Pour a little water into a bowl, 1 cm and put the chopped apples there.
Do not use spoiled apples, be sure to cut out broken, darkened places.
Place the basin on the stove, turn on the heat and bring the water to a boil.
After boiling water, adjust the heating and simmer apples until tenderstirring occasionally.
(Literally 15 minutes passed after the water boiled.)
MAKING APPLE PUREE
- The easiest way is to grab a hand blender and blend well with the applesauce.
- A more time consuming method is to rub the applesauce through a sieve.
I want to use this puree for marshmallows and the mass I need is gentle and uniform.
Return the mashed applesauce to the bowl, bring to a boil and pour it into sterile jars.
If you want to get a more versatile preparation, then applesauce can be boiled for another 15 minutes. This will be the basis for many other presets (apple caramel, apple biscuit etc.)
Applesauce can be added to marinades for meat, make of it jam or sauces.
