An overweight person often strives for quick results, deciding to lose weight by choosing another starvation diet.
But any diet is a temporary measure, and obesity is not just a cosmetic issue. This is a disease that cannot be dealt with by periodic "forays".
Not everyone is ready to change their diet and work on themselves. It is much easier to persuade yourself to "go diet" for a short time, taking comfort in the fact that after the diet you can return to your usual diet.
And in this way we drive ourselves into a vicious circle. We sit on vegetable salads, dreaming of a piece of meat with pasta or cake, achieve some result, give up the diet and start eating the way we used to and gradually gaining excess weight again.
Returning to the previous diet is an inevitable gain of excess weight again.
And this is the main mistake of all losing weight.
If you really care about your well-being, you want to get rid of excess weight once and for all, then you must first of all:
- change your diet,
- form new eating habits,
- to approach nutrition consciously and control its calorie content.
No amount of short-term diet will help you change your habits and diet.
Only gradual, daily, persistent work to change nutrition will bear fruit.
All my adult life, I, like many, tried to lose weight on diets. And just like many, I lost and gained weight again, because nothing changed in my main diet.
And only after looking at how many calories are in my usual daily diet, I realized that I was doing everything wrong, and after all, I had not even thought about the calorie content of the diet before.
Calorie counting helps me to control the calorie intake, I make sure that the balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates is observed, so that I am full and feel good. And now it takes me from 5 to 10 minutes a day for such control of food. The price for being slim and well-being is not great!

Sunday breakfast is lazy. I dried a rye bun (60 g) in a toaster, greased it with curd cheese (30 g) and fish pate (50 g).
It turned out breakfast for 440 kcal.

We planned to go for a walk on Sunday, if the weather is good. But the absence of the sun in the morning ruined my mood and I didn't even want to go for a walk anywhere. I attributed it all to the absence of the sun, but in fact, I didn't even understand why I didn't want to go anywhere. As a result, we remembered that we had to go on business anyway - we decided to take a walk in the park as well.
In the park, instead of a snack, I pampered myself with a cappuccino (400 ml), to which I recorded 300 kcal.
At home, we dined on naval pasta, which I had prepared in advance. Durum pasta with minced turkey and a minimum amount of oil (250 g) - 400 kcal.
But I had to cook dinner. They asked me to fry sea bass. Recently I was preparing fried perch and after looking at the KBZHU that I got at that time, I decided that we also eat fried fish, because with a vegetable salad it fits perfectly into my daily KBZHU. Moreover, I do not fry the fish like I used to in the sea of oil, but use a maximum of 30 g.
215 g fried fish, 200 g vegetable salad, seasoned with 30 g sour cream 15% - 475 kcal.
The total calorie content of the day is 1615 kcal. B - 97, F - 73, U - 121.
