Ingredients:
eggs - 8 pcs.
sausage - 100 g
cherry tomatoes - 100 g
small sweet pepper - 1 pc.
green onions - bunch
dill - bunch
salt to taste
ground black pepper - to taste
Step by step recipe
1. First, let's prepare all the ingredients.
Cut 100 g of sausage first into slices and then into small cubes. You can use any sausage or cooked meat.
Cut one sweet pepper into small cubes.
2. Chop the greens finely. I took green onions and dill. You can also chop parsley.
Cut 100 g of cherry tomatoes into halves. Instead of cherry tomatoes, you can use large tomatoes by cutting them into smaller pieces.
3. Break 8 eggs into a bowl. Salt the eggs to taste and pepper with black pepper.
Mix everything with a whisk until smooth.
4. Add chopped sausage, pepper and herbs to the beaten eggs. We mix everything.
5. Grease the baking dish with butter. The size of my form is 19 by 26 cm.
Pour the egg mixture with vegetables into the prepared form. Put the halves of cherry tomatoes on top.
6. We put everything in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. We bake for about 25 minutes.
Cut the finished breakfast into portions and serve.
