Pancakes for Shrovetide or Breakfast, weren't they cooked like that? But in vain!

Admin

Bright, tasty and tender pancakes are made with the addition of raw carrots to the dough. Cooking is as easy as shelling pears, but the taste is just magical! The pancakes do not even have time to cool down, they are eaten instantly, and they also ask for more. The beautiful color cheers up, and the clear taste of carrots is ideally combined with sour cream, cook with pleasure and please your loved ones!

Ingredients

  • 200 grams of flour
  • 500 grams of milk
  • 3 pieces egg
  • 50 grams of sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 5 grams of baking powder
  • 100 grams of vegetable oil
  • 250 grams of carrots

Steps

Cut the carrots into slices, beat with eggs, sugar, salt and butter in a blender. You can grate the carrots on the finest grater if there is no blender.

Add 200 grams of milk to the mass, mix.

Pour flour with baking powder, stir until the lumps disappear.

Add the rest of the milk and fry the pancakes on low heat on both sides until tender. If desired, immediately grease with butter or so, serve with sour cream. A detailed recipe is available in the video, watch on my channel. a source
