Pumpkin juice without a juicer, there is simply no simpler and tastier recipe, try and understand for yourself. Last year I cooked this way for the first time and over the past year about other recipes and did not remember, I am cooking. now that's the only way.
We use pumpkin juice for almost more than half of the pumpkin harvest.

Recipe:
pumpkin -2.5kg
water -2l
orange -4pcs
sugar -400g
citric acid -1.5 tsp. (7g)
COOKING METHOD
And so we take the pumpkin, remove the seeds, peel them, cut them.
I have a net weight of a pumpkin of 2.5 kg. We take a large thick-walled pan, I have a kukmar firm. Put the pumpkin, pour in 2 liters of water, close the lid and cook until the pumpkin is cooked over low heat for 10-15 minutes, you can check it with a knife.
While the pumpkin is boiling, squeeze the juice from the oranges, Now we punch with a blender until smooth. Add sugar 400 grams, add citric acid 1 tsp, by weight I have 7 grams, pour in orange juice, I got 300 ml of juice from 4 oranges.
Bring to a boil, boil for 2-3 minutes, remove from heat, pour into sterilized jars, close with sterilized mugs, turn the jars over and wrap them up, leave them to cool completely.
This juice can be stored in a cool place until the next harvest.
As the juice cools, pour into glasses and enjoy.
