It's so good that the recipe for this sauce caught my eye, it's a pity that only now, and not at the beginning of summer, then I would fill all my salads with it. But now it is very useful, because I brought almost a bowl of parsley from the garden, and now I know exactly how I use it ...
I rinse a large bunch of parsley from sand and dust in a large bowl in water. I let the water drain well and start cooking. I cut the parsley quite large, because in the future I will send it to the blender.
I peel one large green apple from the core, do not remove the skin, cut it into small pieces. I cut two cloves of garlic thinly.
I send the parsley, apple and garlic to a blender, add 4 tablespoons of unrefined vegetable oil, 2-3 tablespoons of water, salt and turn on the blender.
The consistency of the sauce can be adjusted to your liking by increasing the amount of water or oil.
Such a fragrant, healthy and tasty sauce is obtained in just 5 minutes of work. I highly recommend cooking.
