COOKING METHOD
The most important thing now is to measure the correct proportions of juice and sugar, this is 1 to 4, that is, 1 part of juice and 4 parts of sugar, it is best to use weights.
I take 120 grams of sugar and 30 grams of freshly squeezed juice for 1 serving, mix.
We will cook in a microwave oven, put it in a microwave oven, set the power to 800 watts, time 4 minutes, be sure to take out the caramel 3-4 times and stir it during this time.
Sometimes it takes 5 minutes to cook or 3 minutes is enough, readiness can be checked by dipping a drop of hot caramel into cold water.
Now the ready-made caramel is immediately poured hot into suitable molds, I have such a silicone mold for sweets.
and leave it to freeze at room temperature or refrigerate, it freezes quickly in just 15-20 minutes.
We take out the finished lollipops from the mold, if you wish, you can wrap each lollipop in plastic wrap. The lollipops are ready, you can serve them for tea.
