Just. No, it's very simple! But guests are not ashamed to serve. I cook this fish in portions. This is more comfortable. It takes me 5 minutes to cook plus 15 minutes in the oven. And you can immediately help yourself!
How I prepare this dish, I showed in the video below. Look - you will like it! Or read))
HOW TO COOK:
First, I'll prepare the fish. I do not completely defrost mackerel. It is more convenient to cut it this way.
I remove the head, entrails, separate the fillet from the bones and remove the skin. It is more convenient to eat and even serve on a festive table. But you can also simply cut the fish into pieces without removing the skin and bones. It's even faster this way.
I cut the vegetables into thin slices with a vegetable peeler. I usually take potatoes and carrots. But you can also add zucchini and cauliflower here, if you have one. It will turn out even tastier.
I put potatoes, carrots, onion rings and parsley on the foil. Salt and pepper to taste. Above is a fish. A little more onion and more parsley.
I wrap the foil in an envelope. In the same way I "pack" the second half of mackerel - in the second envelope.
I put the envelopes in a baking dish and put them in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
And that's it! You can serve. I usually serve like that, wrapped in foil. But you can put it on a plate. Help yourself!
