I want to share with you a recipe for beetroot in chicken broth - the simplest to prepare, but how delicious!

Cooking.
The first thing I do is prepare food - peel and cut.
Beets and carrots, grated on a coarse grater, as well as finely chopped onions, fry in 5 g of vegetable oil almost until tender. To prevent it from burning, I sometimes add water.
Can be drizzled with lemon juice to keep the color vibrant. I didn't have lemon juice, but the beetroot learned to be bright anyway.
While the vegetables are fried, put a pot of water on the fire (2.5 liters of water). I immediately add the chicken drumstick to the water.
When foam starts to form, I take it off.
Having removed all the foam, I salt it.
The chicken drumstick is almost done - I add the fried vegetables and the potatoes cut into cubes.
I don't forget about the seasonings - I have allspice, bay leaf. I also add homemade adjika for spice.
When the potatoes are cooked, add herbs and finely chopped garlic, remove from heat.
Serve with sour cream and green onions.

- chicken drumstick - 890 g,
- beets (3 medium size) - 410 g,
- carrots - 75 g
- onions - 100 g,
- potatoes - 600 g,
- garlic (a couple of cloves) - 15 g,
- salt, allspice, bay leaf,
- vegetable oil - 5 g,
- 2.5 liters of water
