✨Hello, my name is Oksana! I am glad to welcome everyone who has looked at my page. I hope the recipes I published will be interesting and useful for you - read, write comments, and of course, subscribe! 👍
✅👌When I come across broken or small sprats in the jar, which will look ugly on sandwiches, I make such a snack from them.
✨In fact, this is the most delicate pate that can be spread on ordinary bread, croutons, toasts or put in tartlets. Try it too! 🥰
📕To prepare a snack you will need: 🥙
Sprats in oil - 160 g
Processed cheese - 150 g
Fresh dill - 30-50 g
Loaf or white bread - 4-6 slices
Butter - 40 g
Fresh cucumber - 1 pc. (long)
👨🏻🍳 Let's start cooking... ⤵️⤵️⤵️
Put the sprats in a blender bowl, after draining all the oil from the jar. Since I have a submersible blender (on a leg), I put the sprats in a deep bowl. We remove the foil from the processed cheese and send it to the sprats. It is important to use processed cheese and not a cheese product. If you have not found cheese in cubes, a soft one, such as "Amber", which is sold in "trays", is also suitable. And, of course, the cheese should be without additives (mushrooms, bacon, etc.) - we don't need an extra taste in the snack.
We cut the dill coarsely or just tear it with our hands. Add to fish and cheese.
Grind everything with a blender to the consistency of a soft paste. While you can put the appetizer in the refrigerator to cool down a little.
In the meantime, we cut the bread into thin slices. Preheat a frying pan and put butter in it, wait until it melts and heats up. We spread the bread and brown it on both sides until crispy golden brown. Remove the finished bread from the pan and let it cool slightly.
Cut the cucumber into thin slices.
Grease the toasted bread with prepared pâté on top.
And we put the pieces of cucumber.
Ready! It is advisable to serve the appetizer immediately, while the crispy bread has not yet had time to get wet. These sandwiches are nourishing, savory and fresh at the same time.
