By the way, my child named this cake Oreo.

So I wanted something delicious chocolate today that I could put off the preparation. We did not get a cake, especially since all the products were at hand, so I am happy to share this with you recipe. What I like about this cake is that all the ingredients must be placed immediately in a salad bowl, whipped and put in the oven.

To make a cake, we need:

  • Flour - 250 gr.
  • Sugar - 300 gr.
  • Cocoa powder - 50 gr.
  • Milk - 250 ml.
  • Soda - 1.5 tsp
  • Salt -0.5 tsp
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Butter -60-70 gr.
  • Olive oil - 60 ml.
  • Vinegar - 1 tablespoon

For the filling (optional):

  • Condensed milk - 1 can
  • Butter -100 gr.
  • For glaze:
  • Cocoa - 40 gr.
  • Sugar 150 gr.
  • Milk -150 ml.
  • Butter - 40 gr.

Sift cocoa and flour through a sieve, so the dough will be more fluffy.

Add sugar, olive oil, eggs and mix.

Add milk and soda to the mixture. vinegar and mix well.

Now beat the dough well for 4-5 minutes with a mixer.

I baked the cake in a slow cooker (grease it with rast. butter) in the baking mode for 1 hour, if there is no multicooker - not a problem, pour the dough into a greased baking sheet with a diameter of 20-22 cm. and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

The cake should be very airy and moist. The dough is ready.

I tried this cake (cupcake) without cream only with icing, so see for yourself, if you want to bother with cream, then whisk the condensed milk with melted butter,

you can add a little glaze to the cream so that the cream becomes chocolate-colored, if not, then pour it with glaze and that's it.

The glaze is done like this:

We put a saucepan on the stove, add cocoa, sugar and milk to it, when the contents melt, put butter and, stirring constantly, wait until the glaze begins to thicken.

The cake has cooled down. We cut it into three parts. Grease each part with plenty of cream. I always add nuts to such cakes, but this is optional.

Pour the icing onto the top cake and distribute it throughout the cake.

Now you need to be patient and wait until the cake "grabs" a lot in the refrigerator. We didn’t wait.

It's really delicious. It takes so long to describe the preparation, but it prepares very quickly. Most of your time will be spent on baking the cake. While the cake is cooking, make the cream and frosting. This cake will be a decoration of the festive table.!
