Yesterday I could not resist and told you already about your results in losing weight from Monday to Friday. Turned negative 800 In the end, goodbye already with 51 kg.
The smaller weight becomes, the harder it go extra weight, but go away! Especially since I have not in a hurry and laytovom losing weight mode on its deficit.
Plans for the Friday I had such: to work early in the morning, get out-cook and in the afternoon to go to the store and to the market.
Early breakfast consisted of sandwiches for wholemeal bread (65 g) with curd cheese (30 g), fish pate (35 g) and smoked pink salmon (45 g).
Breakfast came on 395 kcal.
Of course, during lunch time, I drank a cup of green tea and do not forget about vitamins and omega-3.
Immediately after breakfast to work, to finish all that is left to free itself weekends and Friday night.
During operation peretaskat 30 grams of peanuts, but forgot to take a picture, the whole mind was working, and their main thing is not to knock off the right way! And what, you have not seen peanuts 😂, then watch something on it.

Before dinner, remade all the household affairs, and dinner prepared.
A meal I vkusnyuchy today - spaghetti with chicken breast in a creamy sauce with turmeric - 410 kcal.
After dinner a little more work, yet waited for me will call my husband to go shopping.
In the evening I engaged in a little preparation for tomorrow's picnic. We decided to experiment with a marinade for chicken breast - made of two kinds. Tomorrow will appreciate what is better, and I get all delicious).
And for dinner I decided not to bother and made herself a vegetable omelet of two eggs and tomatoes.Dinner turned on 200 kcal. Fry eggs on non-stick frying pan without oil.
The day turned out well for me today at 1250 kcal.
And tomorrow I have to download the day or the day chitmila as you like).
Such days also contribute to weight loss.
Long calorie deficiency can lead to the fact that the body gets used to the deficit and - hello plateau. A loading days to give the body to shake. I now regret that I lost weight for a long time without these days loading or even small chitmilov (one meal in which you can eat something dreamed all week, for example).
Recently, once again re-read a variety of information on the calorie deficit and opinions of athletes, dieticians and nutritionists. And clearly indicate that the loading days are needed.
I've adapted to the fact that the loading combine with the guests, the holidays. Business with pleasure so to speak.
