Delicious minced meat recipe. Meat zrazy with a special filling. I have been preparing such meat zrazy for many years, my family simply adores them, and I love to cook them, I prepared everything, and the oven will do the rest.

Recipe Meat Zrazy with Cucumbers and Egg:
minced meat -500g
bread -3 slices (150g)
cream -150ml (or milk)
egg -1pc
salt -1 / 2 tsp.
black pepper - to taste
bread crumbs - for deboning
For filling:
cucumber -2pcs
eggs -2pcs
green onions - to taste
salt to taste
black pepper - to taste
COOKING METHOD
Bread 2-3 slices by weight of about 150 grams pour 150ml cream or milk. We leave to swell. Twist the meat 500 grams in a meat grinder, immediately twist 1-2 onions and twist the bread without squeezing.
We break 1 egg, add half a tsp. salt and black pepper to taste. Mix everything, the minced meat is ready. Prepare the filling: boil 2-3 eggs.
Peel and dice the eggs, dice 2 small pickled cucumbers. Put cucumbers and eggs in a bowl, chop the green onion and add to the filling, add a little salt and pepper, mix the filling ready.
We take minced meat by weight 70 grams, make a cake, put the filling 1 tbsp. and pinch the edges. Roll in breadcrumbs. I cook the breadcrumbs myself, cut the loaf into cubes, dry in the oven until golden brown, then grind with a blender.
From this amount of minced meat, 11 such meat dishes are obtained.
We take a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil, fry on both sides until golden brown, our goal is not to bring it to readiness, but only to fry until golden brown.
We take a suitable baking sheet. We put the zrazy, cover with foil and put in the oven, cook at 200 degrees for 30-35 minutes, or navigate in your oven.
We take out the meat zrazy and serve it to the table, they turn out to be juicy, and pickled cucumbers, in addition to the egg, give them a special taste.
