Hello! Today, I am preparing a very lazy pies with apples... Alternatively, you can consider it rolls or buns. Prepared very quickly - in just 7-10 minutes to prepare test and 15 minutes for baking.

Ingredients for cooking:

First of all you need to melt the butter - I take a glass bowl, put it in the pieces of butter, and put in the microwave for 1 minute. You can of course use the pan and a gas stove but with microwave somehow everything is easier... Next, pour the sugar, vanilla sugar, break the eggs, whip and all with the help of a mixer.

Then I sift the baking powder and flour and knead the dough... The finished dough is not that thick, but certainly not a liquid, if you add more literally 2 tbsp. spoons of flour, it was then a dense tight dough for sculpting cakes. And so directly "on the verge" ...

Apples lay in the dough, cut into small pieces - peel of an apple can not be removed. Stir.

From the dough to form a lazy apple pies and put them on the pan, the laid parchment paper. Patties can be formed in two ways - the dough enough fat, so you can detach it from small pieces, roll them up and spread on a baking sheet. But if it is "lazy pies" - act more lazier, spread on a baking cakes using a tablespoon.

And, as I have already written, such pies are baked (or rolls \ bun) in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. "Lazy" cakes get very soft, porous and delicious!
