Prepare the ingredients: their ratio can be changed to taste. The sweetness of the finished drink will depend on the selected juice. For example, orange will add sourness, and multifruit will enrich the smoothie with the taste of tropical fruits and add sweetness.

Peel carrots, apples and bananas. Cut them into random pieces. If the blender is of low power, then it makes sense to grate the carrots so that you do not get a rough texture of the finished smoothie.

Transfer the carrot slices to a blender, add about half of the juice, and chop the ingredients until smooth on high speed.
