Delicious food helps us to feel happy and healthy. After all, when we experience pleasure (from delicious food, including), then we produce all sorts of useful hormones, endorphins. And endorphins, as I recently read, are really needed by organisms, they even increase immunity.

Eh, who else would have come up with a way to eat deliciously, and at the same time lose weight with might and main - then there would be no price for food. But this happiness does not shine for us yet, and in the Zen challenge, people say that he will take good things with him from the twentieth year to the twenty-first year. Why not get involved?

Homemade butter

It only seems that it is impossible to cook butter at home. In fact, everything is simple: take heavy cream, pour it into a blender or mixer, and... knock it down. Yes, it will take about 40 minutes, but the butter is perfect: tasty, with a light creamy aroma, gentle, melting, without plasticine.

No matter how many people say that there is good oil on sale, I have never seen anything like homemade oil.

Blackberry sauce

I will not tell you how the sauce changes the taste of any dish. Sauce in cooking is, perhaps, like an arrangement in music - the dish is the same, but it sounds in a new way.

Blackberry sauce is very easy to prepare: blackberries, garlic, seasonings to taste and salt break through in a blender and then the sauce is given time to rest. The sweetness can be varied by adding sugar.

Lentils with mushrooms

Our legume dishes are not particularly well-known, except that everyone knows pea soup. Lentils are not popular as a product. But in vain, in vain! Both green and red are a real treasure if you know how to cook.

One of my favorite dishes is lentils with mushrooms. Yes, it looks like mashed potatoes, and the mashed potatoes are strange. But the taste... Delicate, creamy, and perfectly expressed and at the same time delicate aftertaste of mushrooms.

Stuffed pumpkin

Yellow-sided beauties flood my kitchen in the fall (thanks to my dear ones). But they do not cause as many problems as zucchini, which you do not know where to dispose of (this is how the famous "Zucchini is a funny word, the situation is terrible" comes to mind).

Tyka is both a soup and a sweet, and also a hearty, beautiful, aromatic main dish. You can bake poultry in it. And any meat, and then - shake on the table, cut and - voila, you have both the meat and the side dish ready.
