Cakes Kinder Milk Slice

Ingredients:

Dough:

Egg - 4 pieces
Sugar - 80 grams
Milk - 20 ml
Vegetable oil - 100 ml
Muka - four tablespoons
Cocoa powder - two item. l.
Honey - two tablespoons

Cream:

Sugar - 50 grams
100 ml milk-
Condensed milk (cream) - 200 ml
Honey - two tablespoons
Vanilla - pinch
Cream (or sour cream 20%) - 200 ml
Gelatin - 25 g (1 package)

Preparation:

At first, prepare the dough. Separating the proteins from egg yolks, whites, beat until fluffy foam formation. Combine the egg yolks with vanilla and sugar, whisk, until the mixture turns white. Pouring milk, sunflower oil and honey. Pour the flour, baking powder and cocoa. Mix well, add the whites and gently mix.
