Therefore, we will leave light vegetable salads and low-fat yoghurts for the summer. Then they will benefit us more. And we will cook something more serious and "greedy".
This recipe is for the busy. When there is no time, I don’t bother with food, I cook something simple, disgustingly tasty and satisfying.
I can say with confidence that hungry people are also evil. She herself is. And the men... Until they are full, they will not grow kinder!
So, for kindness of heart and satiety in the stomach, we cook just such a potato.
Ingredients:
1.5 kg potatoes
100 g salted bacon with meat veins (you can have brisket or smoked - generally super!)
1 hour l. salt
1 hour l. mixtures of herbs (dill, parsley, etc.)
Preparation:
1. Wash the medium potatoes thoroughly. Better with a metal washcloth, since peeling potatoes is not necessary. Therefore, it is better to properly wash.
2. Cut a clean potato in half, make a cross-to-cross cut in the middle.
3. Add a little salt to the potatoes and place on a baking sheet or wire rack.
4. Cut the bacon or bacon into thin strips. It's good if the strip is wide enough to cover the cut of the potato as much as possible.
Place the bacon on the potato halves. You don't need a lot, but it's not worth saving either. Lard is fat! And it should be visible in the dish.
5. Sprinkle with a little herbs and in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Or in the microwave for 20 minutes.
You cannot imagine what a blissful aroma the kitchen will fill at the moment of cooking these potatoes, and a serious appetite will break out!
