Purifying orange vitamin №1. Flaxseed also loves "senorita purity"! Let's arrange ourselves a fragrant morning. Let's make an orange and linseed breakfast.

Ingredients:

1. Orange - 1 piece

2. Flax seeds - 1/3 cup

3. Date - 3 pcs (or 1 teaspoon of honey)

4. Water - 1 glass (for everything about everything)

Preparation

We take flax seed and soak it in water at room temperature (from evening to morning).

In the morning we transfer the flax seed to the blender container, wash it, peel the orange, cut it into 4 parts, separate the zest (by the way, there are also many uses for orange peels).

We immerse the orange pulp to the flax, add the pulp of dates for sweetness (the main thing is not to forget to remove the seeds from them), add warm water.

Beat for about 2 minutes and get a great orange-flaxseed breakfast. That's where the super aroma, taste and benefit three in one!
