Nutrition is our energy. As we feed the body, so it will answer us - these are simple truths.

All in our hands.

We want to keep healthy - we eat balanced, giving the body all the necessary nutrients and vitamins.

We do not want to suffer from excess weight - we do not overeat, eat in moderation, or control the calorie content of our food, if it is not possible to intuitively keep your diet in the calorie you need.

After all, it is from the calorie content of food that you will gain weight or lose weight.

For everyone who wants to get rid of excess weight, it is tasty, comfortable and without any problems with well-being, I will leave a certificate:

But our nutrition, among other things, is influenced by:

  • the area in which we live, which is due to the geographical principle of nutrition: most (70-80%) of the food in the daily diet should be from products grown in the place where you were born and live, but healthy products from other localities will take their corresponding place in diet.
  • seasonality of products.

Winter is the time when we seem to be in hibernation. Have you noticed increased sleepiness, sluggishness, or decreased activity?

But it is in our power to help our body with balanced, healthy and vitamin-rich nutrition.

We already know that there are no products harmful to weight loss, there is a calorie content and a balance of BJU, which must be adhered to.

Therefore, in winter, Rospotrebnadzor recommends including in your diet:

  • various cabbage: Peking cabbage, white cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower,
  • carrots, beets,
  • potatoes, radish, onion, pumpkin.
  • apples of different varieties.
  • do not pass by various citrus fruits, which are very relevant in winter.

And of course, the diet should contain enough protein and healthy fats to be balanced.

Traditionally, I will bring my menu to the control of KBZHU, which helps me maintain the result that I have achieved in calorie counting.

Yesterday I made pancakes for my homemade tea for tea and set aside a portion for myself for breakfast.

My breakfast turned out to be 460 kcal - this is 200 g of pancakes, 40 g of sour cream 15% and 15 g of apricot jam.

In a reminder of recipes today, a fruit soufflé and a casserole with cherries:

As a snack, I have tangerines (300 g) and 25 g of pine nuts. This 280 kcal.

In the morning, at breakfast, having made up a diet for the day from those products and dishes that I have in stock, I realized that I had to contrive today to get fat at every meal. Therefore, I added nuts to the tangerines as a snack.

For lunch we have pickle (broth on chicken breast). My portion of pickle (450 g) with 30 g of sour cream 15%, whole grain bread (40 g) with 15 g of butter - 405 kcal.

And in the evening I ate turkey breast (200 g), fried on an electric grill with spices, which I left after cooking yesterday's Caesar salad. I added vegetables to the breast (total weight 150 g), which I seasoned with aromatic sunflower oil (10 g).

Dinner for 415 kcal.

The result of the day is 1570 kcal. B - 91, F - 68, U - 148.

And I want to remind you of the importance of drinking clean drinking water. Ideally, 30 grams per kilogram of body weight, but if you drink 1.5-2 liters it is already good! Of course, all this is provided that there are no health problems that water restriction requires.

Again, I will not go far and will give my example. Having abandoned the drinking regimen on New Year's holidays, I faced many problems of dehydration, from edema and deterioration of digestion, ending with more serious ones. At the same time, I drank a lot of green tea, almost never drank amusing drinks.

As soon as I faced the problems of dehydration, I began to take action and drink water almost for hours. And everything immediately began to improve.

Disputes about whether to consider only clean drinking water or any drinks and even soups as water necessary for the body are still going on. But only the one who has faced the problem himself, who listens to his body, will understand that there is nothing better than pure drinking water. My experience has proven this to me once again.
