Chocolate chip no bake cake

Ingredients: 🥳For the base: Chicken egg C0, Sour cream 10% (can be replaced with natural yogurt), Kefir 1%, Rice flour, Carob (Can be replaced with cocoa powder), Baking powder, Sweetener to taste, I have 4 ml. Prebiosweet, 🥳 For soufflé: Soft cottage cheese, Curd cheese, Water, Gelatin instant, Chocolate b / s, I have Red milk (383 kcal), Sweetener to taste, I have 6 ml. Prebiosweet, 🥳 For sprinkling:, Chocolate b / s, I have Red milk (383 kcal)

Cooking method:

Mix the egg, kefir and sour cream with a whisk.

Add flour, carob, baking powder, sweetener and mix well again.

Pour the finished dough into a silicone mold (I have 16 cm) and put in the microwave for 5 minutes and the highest power.

Add gelatin to the water, mix and send to the microwave for 15 seconds. We take it out, mix it up and put it away again for a couple of seconds. We repeat these steps until the gelatin grains are completely dissolved, carefully avoiding boiling.

Mix cottage cheese, curd cheese and sweetener with a mixer. 👩‍🍳 We choose the amount of sweetener to taste, taking into account the fact that gelatin "eats" the sweetness.

Rub the chocolate on a fine grater.

Gradually add gelatin to the curd mass, mix well with a mixer, pour in chocolate and mix with a spatula.

We lay the cooled base on the bottom of the mold or detachable ring. If a split ring is used, then it is better to insure the slots from below with foil so that the filling does not “run away” in the future.

Pour the curd mixture over the base and sprinkle with grated chocolate. We remove the cake for 3 hours in the refrigerator to solidify. Bon appetit 😋
