Pancakes in the oven. You do not need to stand near the stove, it turns out a lot and delicious. You can add any fruit, nuts or chocolate, and serve with sour jam or vanilla sauce. The recipe took root in my kitchen not long ago, but has already managed to disperse among my girlfriends.

Recipe:
kefir -400ml
eggs -4pcs
flour -300g
baking powder -2 hours l
vanillin - 1 pack
butter -50g
salt -1 / 2 tsp.
sugar -2 tbsp
walnuts -30g
chocolate -40g
For the vanilla sauce:
milk -200ml
sugar -1-2 tsp.
vanilla sauce "Haas" -1 pack
COOKING METHOD
And so we pour 400 ml of kefir into a bowl, break 4 eggs, add half a tsp. salt 2-3 tbsp Sahara, add vanillin, mix with a mixer, measure out 300 grams of flour, add 2 tsp. baking powder, mix. Melt 50 grams of butter and pour into the dough, add sifted flour with baking powder, mix with a mixer until the dough is smooth.
We take a standard baking sheet from the oven, cover it with baking paper, I have a baking mat without oil, so I don't grease it. We distribute the dough. Chop the walnuts with a knife and chop the chocolate with a knife. Now sprinkle half of the dough with nuts, half with chocolate, you can sprinkle with apples, bananas or berries.
We put in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes or navigate by your oven.
During this time, we will prepare the vanilla sauce, pour 200 ml of milk into the saucepan, add 1 tbsp of sugar, add the finished mixture for vanilla sauce, mix with a whisk so that there are no lumps, put on the fire and constantly stirring, cook until thickening. It takes about 1 minute after boiling. Remove and let the sauces cool slightly.
We take out, remove the paper, cut off the edges and cut it hot into squares. Of course, they taste different from traditional pancakes, which are cooked in a pan, they remind me more of pancakes both in the crack and in taste.
Serve with vanilla sauce or can be served with sour jam or condensed milk.
