Today I'll tell you about my Friday. I hope you understand that I am sharing with you the menu with a delay of a day) With every desire not to get me to do it in online mode).

On Friday, I have traditionally checkweighing. And this Friday I was not particularly pleased with the result. Only 600 grams less. However, until the end of the month there is still time and may be the overall result for the month will please me.

At breakfast, my favorite sandwiches. This time, with cheese and one with a tiny fish.

When my companion becomes stressful and I'm in some sort of nervous state - and I want to drink black tea with sugar and eat a sandwich with sausage loaf and doctoral). But I hold on and let myself sandwiches with whole grain bread, light cheese and fish. And, of course, green tea is the same breakfast without tea?)

And for lunch I had today soup with chicken meatballs, potatoes and lentils. I really like this soup, lentils gives a little taste of pea, but not saturated, and I often cook it not only for ourselves, but for the whole family.

Dinner today I have the chicken rolls with mushrooms and vegetable salad - tomatoes and bell pepper, seasoned with a spoon of soft cheese with pepper, salt and garlic.

Two hours before sleep drank delicious yogurt with cinnamon and turmeric - 115 kcal.

Total for the day came in 1200 kcal plus the rate of water drained.
