Remember, when we made homemade yogurt, I said that whey will come in handy😉. Catch the recipe for delicious, thin whey pancakes🙂. In principle, I make all the products "by eye", everything is the same as with milk. Who often bakes pancakes, make the proportion as usual😉. But suddenly, we have those who like to do everything according to the recipe... Friends, the recipe is for you😍.

Whey pancakes🍶

Ingredients: Serum, Eggs (for my 2.5 l, I used only 4 pieces and that's all👌), Salt a little less, Sugar or sakhzam to taste (if on pp), Any flour (I have oatmeal), Vegetable oil, Baking soda - a little less

Cooking method:

Mix eggs with sugar, salt, add a little whey, flour and beat thoroughly with a whisk. I make a really tight dough (using a fork) and then I add a little whey, bringing the dough to the consistency I need, thus preventing lumps.

Next, I add soda, you can extinguish it with boiling water (1 tbsp. l) or a drop of vinegar, pour vegetable oil directly into the dough.

Once again, mix well until smooth and let it stand for 10 minutes.

‼️ I draw your attention to the fact that it is advisable to dilute pancakes not with cold, but with warm whey (slightly warmer than room temperature), so they turn out thinner and more tender. And in order to have more holes and not constantly lubricate the pan, add sunflower oil to the dough, but do not overdo it😁 Heat the pan, grease a few drops of oil with a silicone brush or paper towel (I carry out this manipulation only 1 p, because I add oil to the dough, I wrote a little above😉).

Using a ladle, pour the dough onto a hot pan, tilting it in a circular motion in one direction, distributing the dough in a thin layer.

Fry for 0.5 minutes over medium heat on one side, then gently lift the pancake over the edge with a spatula and turn over to the other side, fry for a little less than 0.5 minutes.

We shift the pancake from the pan to a flat dish.

In the same way, we fry all the other pancakes, stacking them on top of each other in a pile.

Whey pancakes are served with jam or sour cream, but they are no less tasty with other fillings, even meat.
