Recipe for making a quick cake without using the oven.
Do you ever have guests unexpectedly arriving or just wanting something sweet? For such cases, I suggest you take on board the recipe for the "Nursery" cake. It is prepared literally in a few minutes, the oven is not needed and there is no need to wait until it is soaked, you can "gobble up" it right away.
I make the usual biscuit dough for this cake. Beat 4 eggs
until a lush, stable foam, add cocoa and orange peel. I use rice flour.
I send the dough into a greased frying pan with a good non-stick coating. Cover and keep the biscuit over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes.
The result is a very delicate porous biscuit, if you press it with your hand, you can hear the bubbles "crunch" inside. I put the cake on a plate and send it to the balcony so that it cools down faster, there it will happen in literally 10 minutes.
While the cream is cooling down, I squeeze the juice out of one orange. I send half of the juice to the cream cheese and mix well, achieving a homogeneous mass. I also add literally 1 tablespoon of sugar to the cheese.
The almost cooled crust must be soaked in the remaining orange juice, put on top and spread the cream.
From above, you can decorate everything with cocoa powder and powdered sugar. You can eat this cake right away, it does not need impregnation. The biscuit turned out to be very tender and soft due to the fact that it was cooked in a pan under the lid, and orange juice also makes it juicy. Well, the cream speaks for itself)))
